# Comment annuler le renouvellement de mon abonnement Pass illimité ?

## Pour annuler votre abonnement, accédez à la section "Gérer mon abonnement" via votre profil et cliquez sur "Annuler".

Voici les différentes étapes à suivre pour annuler le renouvellement de votre abonnement au Pass Illimité de MentorShow : 

 

**Étape n°1 :  **

Connectez-vous à votre espace MentorShow via l'url suivante : [https://app.mentorshow.com/login](https://app.mentorshow.com/login) 

 

**Étape n°2 : **

Une fois connecté, vous devez vous rendre dans les paramètres de votre compte. Pour cela vous pouvez cliquer sur votre profil en haut à droite, puis sur "Mon compte", puis sur "Gérer mon abonnement".

Sinon cliquez sur ce lien : [https://app.mentorshow.com/settings/subscription](https://app.mentorshow.com/settings/subscription)

 

**Étape n°3 : **

Cliquez sur "Annuler" puis suivre les étapes indiquées.

**Attention !** Veuillez noter que cette demande de résiliation ne peut être rétroactive (après un renouvellement). Le délai de rétractation de 14 jours ne s'applique qu’aux nouvelles souscriptions uniquement et [non aux renouvellements d’abonnements](https://info.mentorshow.com/pass-illimit%C3%A9-comment-%C3%A7a-fonctionne?hsLang=fr).
