## Nous offrons un remboursement intégral jusqu'à 14 jours après l'achat du Pass Illimité ou du MentorShow Plus, uniquement pour les nouvelles souscriptions (hors renouvellements)

Nous ne voulons que des clients satisfaits. Si vous changez d’avis, **nous vous offrons un remboursement intégral jusqu’à 14 jours après la date votre achat.**

La politique de remboursement est valable pour l’achat du Pass Illimité et de MentorShow Plus. 

Pour procéder à une demande de remboursement, merci de nous contacter [en complétant le formulaire disponible ici,](https://info.mentorshow.com/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=fr) en indiquant l'e-mail associé à votre compte MentorShow (celui avec lequel vous avez effectué votre achat). 

**Attention !** Cependant ce délai de rétractation ne s'applique qu’aux nouvelles souscriptions uniquement et non aux renouvellements d’abonnements.
