# Comment se connecter au site ?

## Pour vous connecter à MentorShow, accédez à https://app.mentorshow.com/login, entrez vos identifiants et en cas de problème, essayez de forcer la déconnexion, vider vos cookies ou contacter le support.

Se connecter à votre compte MentorShow est simple et rapide. Suivez ces étapes pour accéder à votre espace membre.

#### **1. Accédez à la page de connexion**

Rendez-vous sur **[https://app.mentorshow.com/login](https://app.mentorshow.com/login)** et entrez votre **adresse e-mail** et votre **mot de passe** utilisés lors de votre inscription.

#### **2. Vérifiez vos identifiants**

- Assurez-vous que votre e-mail et votre mot de passe sont corrects.
- Si vous avez oublié votre mot de passe, cliquez sur **"Mot de passe oublié"** et suivez les instructions.  
  ⚠️ **Pensez à vérifier vos spams** si vous ne recevez pas l’e-mail de réinitialisation.

#### **3. Problèmes de connexion ?**

- **Forcer la déconnexion** : Essayez de vous déconnecter totalement via ce lien : [https://app.mentorshow.com/logout](https://app.mentorshow.com/logout), puis reconnectez-vous.
- **Nettoyer ses cookies et son cache** : Effacez les cookies et les fichiers en cache de votre navigateur, puis réessayez.
- **Essayer un autre navigateur** : Chrome, Firefox, Edge ou Safari.
- **Redémarrer votre appareil** : Un simple redémarrage peut parfois résoudre le problème.
