# What are MentorShow Experiences?

## Experiences are short, practice-only sessions you can do right away: a meditation, a breathing exercise, a hypnosis session... Ideal when you only have a few minutes.

**What are Experiences for?**

Experiences answer a simple question: "I only have a few minutes, what can I do for myself right now?"

For example:

- when you're not feeling well and need to calm down;
- in the evening, before going to sleep;
- before a difficult conversation or a stressful moment.

**What types of Experiences are there?**

Experiences are organized by category:

- Meditation
- Breathwork
- Sound healing
- Somatic work
- Hypnosis
- Journaling

**How is it different from a masterclass?**

A masterclass is a mentor teaching you their method over 1.5 to 4 hours, with theory and exercises.

An Experience is practice only: a few minutes, to do right away.

You don't need to have watched a masterclass to do an Experience.

**Who has access to Experiences?**

Experiences are included for all MentorShow and MentorShow Plus subscribers.

**Where can I find Experiences?**

In the "Experiences" tab, on the mobile app and on the website.

**A word of caution about hypnosis and somatic work**

Some practices, especially hypnosis and somatic work, can bring up strong emotions. If you feel unwell during an Experience, stop it. You can come back to it later, or choose a gentler practice.
