How are reviews collected on MentorShow processed?

Reviews collected on MentorShow follow a structured internal process designed to ensure their reliability and appropriate use:

1. Controlled collection
Reviews are gathered through identified internal forms (masterclass pages, pop-ups, post-experience questionnaires).

2. Minimal verification
Each review is linked to a user identified in our database (customer account or verified interaction).

3. Internal moderation
A check is carried out before any publication to exclude content that is:

  • unlawful or inappropriate
  • off-topic
  • containing sensitive personal data

4. Traceability
Each review is time-stamped and stored with its collection context (program type, date, point of contact).

How are reviews used?

Reviews collected on MentorShow serve two purposes:

Primary use (internal)

  • ongoing improvement of content, programs, and support
  • analysis of satisfaction and impact (e.g., NIS)
  • identification of areas for improvement in the product and user experience

Secondary use (external)

Certain reviews may be selected and published on the MentorShow site for illustrative purposes.

In such cases:

  • they may be shortened or slightly reworded for readability
  • their meaning and intent are not altered

How are the reviews displayed on the site selected?

Reviews displayed on the site are selected based on objective criteria:

  • clarity and comprehensibility
  • representativeness of usage
  • relevance to the program presented

They are shown for illustrative purposes and do not necessarily reflect the full set of reviews collected.

How are reviews retained?

Reviews collected on MentorShow are retained in our internal systems for a period proportionate to their purpose, in particular for:

  • service quality analysis
