# I have a technical problem during payment

## If you experience a technical issue during payment, clear your cookies and cache, force logout via this link and restart your device if needed.

If you encounter a technical issue during payment, please follow these steps:

 

**Step 1**  
Clear your cookies and cache, then refresh your browser.

 

**Step 2**  
Force a logout from your account by clicking on [this link](https://app.mentorshow.com/logout).

 

**Step 3**

**Step 4**
