# How do I connect to the site?

## To log in to MentorShow, visit https://app.mentorshow.com/login, enter your credentials, and if you have issues, try logging out, clearing cookies, or contacting support.

Logging into your MentorShow account is quick and easy. Follow these steps to access your member area.

#### **1. Go to the Login Page**

Visit **[https://app.mentorshow.com/login](https://app.mentorshow.com/login)** and enter the **email address** and **password** you used when signing up.

#### **2. Check Your Credentials**

- Ensure your email and password are correct.
- If you forgot your password, click **"Forgot Password"** and follow the instructions.  
  ⚠️ **Check your spam folder** if you don’t receive the reset email.

#### **3. Having Trouble Logging In?**

- **Force Logout**: Try logging out completely via [https://app.mentorshow.com/logout](https://app.mentorshow.com/logout), then log back in.
- **Clear Your Cookies and Cache**: Delete cookies and cached files from your browser, then try again.
- **Try a Different Browser**: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.
