How do I get a refund?

We only want satisfied customers. If you change your mind, we offer a full refund up to 14 days after the date of purchase.

The refund policy applies to the purchase of a single course and the Unlimited Pass.

To request a refund, please contact us by completing the form available here, indicating the e-mail address associated with your MentorShow account (the one you used to make your purchase).

Please note! However, this withdrawal period only applies to new subscriptions and not to subscription renewals.
