# How do I get a refund?

## We offer a full refund up to 14 days after purchase for a single course or the Unlimited Pass, only for new subscriptions (excluding renewals)

We only want satisfied customers. If you change your mind, **we offer a full refund up to 14 days after the date of purchase.**

The refund policy applies to the purchase of a single course and the Unlimited Pass.

To request a refund, please contact us [by completing the form available here,](https://info.mentorshow.com/en/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en) indicating the e-mail address associated with your MentorShow account (the one you used to make your purchase).

**Please note!** However, this withdrawal period only applies to new subscriptions and not to subscription renewals.
