How do I use the workbooks?

Each masterclass comes with a workbook: a PDF document that gathers the mentor's exercises, questionnaires and resources, to help you move from listening to practice.

What is a workbook?

The workbook is the masterclass exercise book. It contains:

  • the exercises the mentor suggests in the lessons. Mentors often refer to it directly ("in your workbook...", "second exercise in your workbook");
  • self-assessment questionnaires, to take stock of your situation;
  • references to the books and resources the mentor mentions;
  • in hands-on masterclasses, practical materials, such as a sewing pattern.

Where can I find the workbook?

  1. Open the masterclass of your choice.
  2. Go to the "Documents" section.
  3. Click "Download PDF".

When should I fill in the workbook?

Whenever suits you:

  • during the lesson: some mentors invite you to pause and write. Feel free to pause the video;
  • right after the lesson, to go further at your own pace.

There is no right amount of writing. Sometimes a few words are enough. Writing in your workbook is first and foremost a way of talking to yourself.

Can I fill in the workbook without printing it?

Yes, for the most recent masterclasses (for example those by Marisa Peer, Frank Anderson, Paul Conti, Tim Fletcher and Anna Runkle, as well as the HEAL 90-day program). Their workbooks are editable PDFs: you can write directly in them on a computer.

What is the personalized plan?

For some masterclasses and programs, such as HEAL, the workbook includes a link to a form. Based on your answers, you receive a personalized practice plan.

Your personalized plan will be generated using artificial intelligence, based on your workbook answers.

More masterclasses will offer a personalized plan soon.
