If you're having trouble accessing the site or viewing your lessons, please try the following method
For problems connecting to your account, please read the article I can't access my Masterclass.
Step 1/ Please clear your site caches and cookies.
To do this, you can either perform a forced reload of the site page (how to do this varies between devices and browsers), or go to the clear history options and delete your cache files and images for all the sites you've visited.
Solution 1/ For forced page reloading, the most common options are:
- For Chrome, on Windows/Linux:
-> Hold down ctrl and refresh your page.
-> Hold down ctrl and press f5.
- For Chrome, on Mac:
-> Hold down Shift and refresh your page.
-> Hold down ⌘, shift and press R.
- For Mozilla Firefox, on Windows/Linux:
-> Hold down ctrl, shift key and press R.
-> Hold down ctrl and press f5.
- For Mozilla Firefox, on Mac:
-> Hold down Shift and refresh your page.
-> Hold down ⌘, shift and press R.
- For Edge:
-> Hold down ctrl and refresh your page.
-> Hold down ctrl and press f5.
Solution 2/ To clear caches and cookies from your history (not just from the site):
- For Mozilla Firefox on tablet or smartphone:
-> Open the Firefox browser. Then press the menu button (⋮) at the top right of the screen. You may need to pull down the page to display this option.
-> Press “Settings”. A new screen will open.
-> Press “Privacy”. A menu will open.
-> Scroll down the screen. Then press “Clear” now in the “Clear my tracks” section.
-> Make sure the “Cache” box is ticked before pressing “Clear my tracks”. The cache (and anything else you've checked) will be removed from Mozilla Firefox.
- For Chrome on tablet or smartphone:
-> Open the Chrome browser. Then press the menu button (⋮). If you don't see this button, pull down the page.
-> Press “Settings” in the menu that appears. On smaller phones, you'll probably have to scroll down to see this option.
-> Press “Privacy”. This option is in the “Advanced” section and opens a new menu.
-> Scroll down. Then press the “Clear browsing data” button at the bottom of the menu.
-> Make sure the “Empty cache” box is checked before pressing “Clear”. The entire Google Chrome cache will be cleared.
- For Safari, on tablet or smartphone:
-> Click on “Settings” on the home screen of your Apple tablet.
-> Click on Safari
-> On the safari settings screen, at the bottom, you'll either see an option to clear cookies and caches (if present, select it), otherwise you can select “Clear history, site data”, but this will clear your history for all sites, so it's simpler to just delete cookies and caches, if possible.
-> Confirm that you wish to delete.
- For Chrome on computer:
-> Right-click on the previous key.
-> Click on “Show full history”.
-> Click on “delete browsing data”.
or
-> Click on the scrolling menu at the top right of the browser (three vertical dots).
-> Click on “More tools”.
-> Click on “delete browsing data”.
or
->Hold the ctrl key, the shift key and press delete.
Then
-> Check the box for caches (cached images and files); you don't need to check the others, especially the history box, which would delete your quick searches for sites you visit regularly.
-> Click on “Clear data”.
- For Mozilla Firefox on PC or Mac:
-> Click on the scrolling menu (⋮) at the top right of the browser.
-> Click on “Preferences” (on Mac) or “Options” (on PC).
-> Click on “Privacy and security”.
-> In the “Cookies and site data” section, select “Delete”.
-> Check the option for cached content and delete.
- For Safari, on PC:
-> Click on Settings (the cog-like sign) at the top right of the browser page.
-> Click on the option to reset Safari.
-> Select the options corresponding to the caches and confirm the reset.
- For Safari on Mac:
-> Click on the Safari menu.
-> Select the option to clear history.
-> Select the option to clear cache and confirm.
- For Edge:
-> Click on the scrolling menu (⋮) at the top right of the browser page.
-> Go to Settings.
-> In the section for deleting data, click on the option to choose what you're deleting.
-> Select the cache option and confirm.
