# Subscription automatic renewal

## The MentorShow subscription renews automatically each year until canceled, with a reminder email sent beforehand; cancellations must be made before the renewal date, as requests received afterward cannot be processed.

The subscription is tacitly renewable. It therefore renews itself every year until it is cancelled.

The cancellation request must be made before the expiry date of the current subscription.

As a reminder, a renewal reminder notification is sent by e-mail to users before their subscription is renewed. This e-mail is intended to enable users to cancel the renewal of their subscription in advance, if they so wish.

Any cancellation request received by us after the renewal date will unfortunately not be processed, as specified [in our GCS.](https://mentorshow.com/en/cgv?hsLang=en)
