How do I disable automatic renewal on the mobile application?

Whichever smartphone you use, you can manage the automatic renewal of your subscription outside the application.

Here are the steps to follow:

(Don't worry, your pass will remain valid until the end of the billing cycle!)

iOS

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on your Apple ID (next to your photo at the top).
  3. Click on Subscriptions.
    1. If you don't see a subscription but are still billed, check that you're logged in with the correct Apple ID.
  4. Click on “Unsubscribe”.
  5. Click on “Confirm”.

Android

  1. Open the Play Store.
  2. From the home page, touch the menu icon at top left, next to Google Play.
  3. Touch Subscriptions.
  4. Choose the subscription you wish to manage.
  5. If you don't see a subscription but are still being billed, check that you're logged in with the correct Google ID.
  6. Touch Cancel subscription.
