Whichever smartphone you use, you can manage the automatic renewal of your subscription outside the application.
Here are the steps to follow:
(Don't worry, your pass will remain valid until the end of the billing cycle!)
iOS
- Go to Settings
- Click on your Apple ID (next to your photo at the top).
- Click on Subscriptions.
- If you don't see a subscription but are still billed, check that you're logged in with the correct Apple ID.
- Click on “Unsubscribe”.
- Click on “Confirm”.
Android
- Open the Play Store.
- From the home page, touch the menu icon at top left, next to Google Play.
- Touch Subscriptions.
- Choose the subscription you wish to manage.
- If you don't see a subscription but are still being billed, check that you're logged in with the correct Google ID.
- Touch Cancel subscription.
