If you can't log in to MentorShow, check your credentials, force logout, clear your cookies, try another browser, restart your device, and if needed, contact our support team. 😊

Follow these steps to quickly resolve the issue.

1. Check your login credentials

Make sure you have entered the email address used for your subscription and your password correctly on the login page: Log in to MentorShow

If you forgot your password, click "Forgot password" and follow the instructions sent via email.
⚠️ Check your spam folder if you don’t receive the reset email.

Try using any other email addresses you may have registered with.

2. Force logout and log in again

Sometimes, an old session can cause issues. Log out completely by clicking here:
Force Logout. Then, try logging in again.

3. Clear your cookies and cache

Delete cookies and cache from your browser, then try logging in again.

  • On Google Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data
  • On Mozilla Firefox: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data
  • On Safari: Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

4. Try a different browser

If the issue persists, try accessing MentorShow on another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).

5. Restart your device

A simple restart can often fix the issue. Turn off and restart your computer, tablet, or smartphone, then try logging in again.
